How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your account, enter your email and password here. However, you must select “Create Account” when logging in to your customer profile for the first time.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting our team directly. Please note: if a recurring order has already shipped before the change is made, we won’t be able to stop that shipment. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal. Just log in with your email and password, scroll to the bottom of your profile, and select “Cancel Subscription.” You’ll also have the option to pause your subscription for a specific time period.
